General rules

• Bed sheets are changed once a week or according to length of stay. For week long stays towels are changed mid-week. Extra sheet and/or towel changes can be requested separately with extra-charge.
• Daily cleaning is available on request with extra charge.
• Italian breakfast is from 8.00am to 10.00am (any requests due to food allergies must be made when booking).
• Animals are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the building.

Booking

Booking must be made by e-mail and followed by the payment of a 30% deposit by bank transfer. On receipt of the payment, a final confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Payment of the outstanding amount will be paid when checking in.
